Cancellation Policy

While we do understand life happens and things come up that may require you to miss your appointment please note that we do ask that you either confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will receive an email and text message 72 hours prior to your appointment. If your appointment has gone unconfirmed you can expect a phone call the day before to either confirm or make adjustments to your booked appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment please note that there will in fact be a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service. This cancellation fee is nonrefundable nor applicable to any future services. 

No Show Policy

As stated in our cancellation policy you will have received an email, text message, and phone call opportunity to make any adjustments to your service. If the instance were to occur where you did not communicate with us that your reserved appointment no longer suits your schedule and simply do not show up for your appointment you will be charged a no show fee of 50% of the booked service. This fee is both non refundable and not applicable to any future service. Please note that if this occurs your account will be flagged by management and you will be expected to leave a 25% deposit for your next service before you are permitted to rebook any service. If you no call no show for your appointment twice consecutively you will no longer be invited in to receive services with Color House Denver. 

Redo Policy

While we strive for perfection both in our execution and final result there will be where we may miss the mark. In these instances we ask that you inform your artist or management within 72 hours of your originally scheduled appointment that you are unhappy with your hair. You may do this via text message, phone call (please leave a voicemail if we are unable to come to the phone), or email. From that moment we will review both where the miscommunication occurred and how we can best rectify the issue with all parties. If an adjustment service is deemed necessary it must be completed within seven business days of the originally scheduled service to receive a complimentary adjustment. In addition we will do everything in our power, as well to ensure that you are able to book your adjustment service within that time frame. Please note that all service adjustments are subject to review by the business owner.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes and this includes your text messaging originator opt-in data and consent and personal information. Color House Denver uses Vonage SMS services to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and upcoming events/special services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, text HELP to (720) 782-7557 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
