Wedding Contract Details
Congratulations on your engagement! We look forward to providing you with the best service on your Wedding Day. To keep us both protected and committed to one another there is a contract that is required to be signed by you. This locks in your date and secures your appointment times. Please advise us of the number of people that require makeup and hair one month prior to your wedding date so that we can reserve times and provide you with a sufficient amount of stylists, makeup artists (MUA), and assistants. As we are arranging enough staff to accommodate your party, your final bill will reflect the headcount specified on the contract. Any unforeseen changes, additions, or substitutions that vary from our original agreement are not our responsibility; however, we will do the best we can to accommodate your needs. Below you will find the contract, rates, and fees for services rendered.
A non-refundable fee of $200 is required at the time of booking. A fourteen-day cancellation policy will go into effect at the time of signature. The cancellation policy will result in a charge of 50 percent of the total booking price (to include any booking fees and deposits.) For appointments booked less than thirty days prior to the wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the date, and will be initiated after contract submission. Booking fees are non-refundable.
In anticipation of your Wedding Day, there are a few key things to think about and plan for. Scheduling a Wedding Review for Updo and/or Makeup Application, usually 2 weeks to 1 month before the wedding. The Wedding Review is included in the price of the rate. On the day of the wedding please be ready with a freshly washed face and one-day-old dirty hair. Wear a button up shirt or one easily able to be slipped off. Be advised that Do the Bang Thing Salon does not supply lip colors. We are able to apply the colors but don’t carry any that may be taken with for touchups. Finally, RELAX because you are in great hands!
Please sign and date the contract and return it promptly with the required deposit in order to hold your date and times. We promise our services will always be offered in a timely and professional manner. By signing the contract, you also acknowledge your commitment for the reservation of time in our busy schedules. Although this contract is legally binding, we hope and trust that it is simply a precaution taken to protect both of our investments on your very special day. Thank you for understanding.
